Contracted to create a custom website and branding for mastershandcandles.com.

  • Enabled operational and sales improvements, overseeing shipping and processes. Migrated from Wordpress & Woocommerce to Shopify, offering holistic support including branding, logo design, professional photography, visuals, and copywriting, resulting in 45% web traffic increase and 17% in-store visitations.

  • During the pandemic shutdown increased the company's Shopify online sales by 250%. This expansion ensured their continued operation but also enabled the retention of their entire workforce.

  • Established targeted email campaigns and crafted content for web and social platforms to grow the company's email list from 5,000 contacts to 14,000 contacts in 7 months' time.

  • Spearheaded design for UX/UI design deliverables wireframes, page flow diagrams, and design mock-ups to effectively create an e-commerce website. Designed branded popups for the website. Worked with client to create a streamlined email marketing campaign using Constant Contact to drive traffic and recurring sales through multiple targeted sales email funnels.

  • Captured, staged, and edited photographs for marketing campaigns and for the web.

  • Created print and marketing materials for B2C mailers via online orders and electronic communications. Retain a consulting role with the business owners advising them how to manage their website and communicate their branding effectively.
